Joe Rinehart made me skip lunch the other day as he gave me an idea from a post of his blog - The Simpsons ColdFusion Bloggers.

Anyone who is a Simpsons fan would of seen the montages of the Springfield community and i've tried to replicate this by getting all the CF bloggers who created a Springfield Character together.

Its getting closer and it seems that The Simpsons Movie site is expanding with one of the cool new features being the ability to create you own character.

Here's my attempt of me though I couldn't find a way to add glasses, change the footwear to trainers or add a Vodka bottle!

D'oh D'oh D'oh! How did I miss this, or no-one blog about this!? They have released The Simpsons first movie trailer!

Globel release date of 27th July 2007. I like the idea of global release save having to wait up to a month or so to see it. Makes you wonder if its also too prevent it showing up on torrent/IRC/P2P sites?

WOW at last, Reuters is reporting "Futurama" gets new life on Comedy Central. I'm a huge Simpons and have always thought that Futurama was never given the chance it deserved.

The Simpsons teaser trailer is now available from Apple .

The actual scheduled day for release of the movie is 27th July 2007 - so don't get too excited. Though expect news to be blogged here as im a huge fan.
